Putter has worked with Thelonious Monk, Art Blakey, Ray Charles, Lee Konitz, Warne Marsh, Mark Turner, Toshiko Akiyoshi, among many others. Walker, Bobby Shew, Bob Sheppard, Scott Whitfield, and Kevin Mahogany, among many others.
