72nd Annual Candlelight & Carols

Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 4:30 p.m. & 7:30 p.m.
Free Admission ~ Voluntary offering

The annual “Pasadena Holiday Tradition for the Whole Family” again offers two performances! Take your pick—4:30pm or 7:30pm—because each one offers plenty of audience carol singing, adult and children’s choirs, handbells, and members of the Friends of Music Orchestra.

Pieces featured on this year’s program include “The Snow Lay on the Ground,” “Angels’ Carol,” “Sing Noel,” “Masters In This Hall,” “A Pachelbel Christmas,” Niño lindo,” “Go, Tell It On the Mountain,” and much, much more!

A particular highlight of the program will be KCRW radio morning host Chery Glaser reading Clement Clarke Moore’s famous poem “The Night Before Christmas,” accompanied by the Friends of Music Orchestra.

A festive reception follows the 7:30pm performance.
