Kirk Choir with Guests, the Pasadena Singers, soprano Judith Siirila, bass Michal Connor and the Friends of Music Orchestra present a program of works for Lent and Holy Week, centering on Maurice Duruflé’s Requiem.
Other works include Duruflé’s Four Motets and Gregorian Themes, his Meditation for solo organ, and Paul Creston’s rarely heard Gregorian Chant for String Orchestra.
